I first found out about these people from my last month banking statement when $57 was taken from my chequing account. My bank reversed it and I contacted them and was given a 'student' number they associated with my chequing account. Only problem is, I am not a student and never signed up for anything.

Support there is rediculious and there are numerous tickets telling me I have to get my bank to write a letter to them that says who I am and fax it to them!!!

What kind of fraud policy is that! There are taking money unauthorised as it is and now they want a letter with my personal information on it!!!!

Get bent Penn Foster!

I ended up closing the account and made a consumer complaint in Canada and filed a report with the RCMP. Luckily the two months of $57 they took was reverse.

Location: Calgary, Alberta

I have been working with them for a few weeks now and when I pay, it is NOT by autodraft, but me inputing my own card. Food for *** - use a gift card that is prepaid if you are giving anyone your information.

DUH! Working in the finance industry here in the US, we do not solicite money unauthorized. It is fraud. Banks do not do that.

What people don't realize is that they have to input the information and authorize a transaction.

No one else is responsible but the operator of the computer that they are working on. Think about it folks before believing all the bull-pucky that you read!!!!

I'm very concern after read this because just last night I was looking for floral design classes and I found Penn Foster would offer this online classes. Then I requested some information about it and this morning I received a phone call from my bank fraud departament about $1,000 dollars requested to be draft from my bank account.

I didn't give my credit card number to anybody yesterday.

I'm really scared from what I'm reading about this Penn Foster. Please, pay attention!!!

That Girl,

Before attempting to correct someone's spelling, you should learn that nearly every English speaking country, with the exception of the United States, spells "check" "cheque," when referring to a monetary pay-to-bearer note. :)

You might want to consider attending Penn Foster so you can learn how to spell "checking" account.
